1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Family Sync, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Family Sync provides calendar-style coordination, reminders, bills, voice and video calls, and related features. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where appropriate.
3. Your account and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your login secure. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you and your invited family members.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service (for example: no unlawful content, no harassment, no attempts to break security or overload systems). We may suspend access for violations.
5. Other services
Parts of the service may depend on external systems we operate with (for example sign-in, storage, messaging, or alerts). Where separate terms apply to those features, they are in addition to these Terms only to the extent required.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Reminders and notifications are aids only; you remain responsible for important commitments.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service operator is established, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country require otherwise.
